Job Description
responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components according to engineering specifications and customer requirements. You will work with a variety of metal materials and tools to produce high-quality products that meet our company’s standards for accuracy and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and machines (e.g., press brakes, shears, rollers)
Assemble and join metal parts using welding, riveting, or fastening techniques
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
Operate CNC machinery and assist with program setup if required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and machines
Document production activities and maintain records as required
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Proficient in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and metalworking machines
Basic welding skills (MIG/TIG) are an advantage
Shipping and Receiving experience is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good physical stamina – ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, dust, and sharp materials
Fast-paced environment with frequent use of machinery and heavy tools
Overtime or weekend work may be required during peak production times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
