Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Milstead
Join the MAA team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Milstead. You will help ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order by performing general maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and completing planned preventative maintenance. Responsibilities
Prepare apartments for move‑in, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents after repairs are complete. Qualifications
One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair. HVAC experience required. EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days of start date. Valid driver’s license from the state of residence. Benefits
