Location La Crosse, WI (on site).
Key Responsibilities
Assisting guests in finding the correct parts for their vehicles.
Creating and modifying purchase orders.
Collaborating with technicians to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs.
Using manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine parts and pricing.
Processing and closing open invoices.
Maintaining a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction on phone and at the counter.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Detail‑oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
