About the Role
We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Richardson, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to handle inquiries efficiently and maintain a positive attitude is key.
Dispatch experience is a plus
and will help you stand out.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, returns, and service requests promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
(Nice to Have)
Assist with dispatching service technicians or drivers when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
1+ years of customer service experience (call center or office environment).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Dispatch experience is a plus but not required.
