Responsibilities:

Order Entry for UL Materials & Equipment orders

Courteous, prompt answering of phone, fax & email orders to customers.

Accurate entry of UL orders

Follow‑up with customers to ensure order entered matches order placed.

Adhere to credit policies when entering / accepting orders.

Escalation of any items outside of above parameters to Lead

Verification of inventory to be shipped.

Verification of physical inventory for orders of size above specified amount or for equipment that is non‑conforming.

Periodic review of inventory stock levels to ensure adequate supply to customer network

Pro‑active communications with UL Customers and Sales Team

Forward all order documents to proper warehouse

Paperless filling of orders

Confirmation of outgoing shipments

Complete BOL and address labels for shipments

Daily Invoicing of previous days shipments

Enter in all tracking numbers and Sales Order Shipment Entry for Documents

Will learn all parts of the OMS functions for all the divisions.

Other duties as assigned
