Job Description:

The QA role on a commerce engagement involves testing and configuring a large quantity of scenarios involving different types of products, promotions, content, gift cards, payment instruments etc.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, & maintain functional test requirements & plans.

Perform functional, system, regression, and black box testing to simulate end‑user experience.

Configure SFCC B2C (fka Demandware) in Business Manager to set up test scenarios, including products, site source codes, payments, promotions, coupons, gift cards, sales tax, etc.

Minimum Experience & Responsibilities

3+ years experience testing web‑based applications, understanding web‑based functional and UI testing.

2+ years experience testing e‑commerce applications, understanding e‑commerce functionality & ecosystems.

1+ year experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business‑to‑Consumer (B2C) (fka Demandware), understanding SFCC B2C functionality & administration.

Experience with Web Accessibility (WCAG/ADA/508) testing to verify remediation against compliance variance reports.

Ability to perform the responsibilities listed below.
