Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Edison, NJ CPSAI/PRSS(20700) Description
This is a full‑time position for applicants who are CCAR certified
Two positions available: 1 in Union County, 1 in Essex County
Applicant must have at least 2 continuous years of sustained recovery or 2 years of practicing the principles of recovery as a family member affected by substance use
Possess a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate basic computer and technology skills
Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age
Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
CARI Check
Participate in random drug testing as required by agency policy
Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
