Why This Role Matters The Leasing Consultant (LC) partners with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to optimize property performance and create a positive experience for residents. Your work directly impacts leasing results and overall financial success.
Responsibilities
Work with Property Manager to maintain leasing metrics.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team to resolve resident issues promptly.
Support property marketing and showings to attract and retain tenants.
Assist in onboarding tenants and ensuring lease compliance.

Availability for full‑time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM).
