MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience Associates degree in human resources management, public administration, business administration or related field Three years of progressively responsible experience in public sector human resources administration, public administration, or business administration, involving strict and continuous attention to detail in recordkeeping. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license and be insurable by City’s vehicle insurance provider.
Special Requirements
Direct experience in human resources required. Excellent benefit package includes PERA retirement (City pays 75% of contributions), affordable health (City pays 75% of premiums), dental, vision, disability insurance, City provides $50k life insurance. Generous vacation, sick leave, and holiday leave. Flexible work schedule may be considered.
