Hixen Search Group is leading the search for a Senior Corporate Recruiter for a growing tech focused manufacturing company. The organization is scaling quickly and building the internal processes needed to support continued expansion. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and conduct workforce planning. They will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment for target roles. The successful candidate will have a clear path to a Manager role.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Source passive candidates through various channels and platforms

Maintain consistent pipelines for high-priority roles

Implement tools, processes, and metrics to optimize recruiting efficiency

Represent the company brand to candidates and external partners

Desired Candidate Profile:

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience

Experience supporting a manufacturing or technical environment preferred

Demonstrated success in high‑growth or scaling organizations

Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
