About the Role We are seeking a
Financial Representative

You will play a key role in supporting field-facing counterparts, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
world‑class customer service
in all client and field interactions
Handle a
inbound requests
in a fast-paced environment
Troubleshoot
mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries
Assist the field with
mutual fund journal requests
Support with
new account openings, broker‑dealer changes, and rollover requests
by providing proper documentation
Collaborate effectively in a
high-activity team environment
while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
or equivalent education/experience
Prior
financial services experience required ; mutual fund experience strongly preferred
Inbound call experience
required
Strong
interpersonal and client service skills
with excellent written and verbal communication
Highly detail-oriented with
strong organizational and follow‑up skills
Ability to
research, resolve, and escalted service inquiries
as needed
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite
Self‑motivated and adaptable to a
high-volume, team‑oriented environment
