Position Summary: The Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) role will manage and grow relationships with large, key corporate clients. Their main responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking to meet revenue quotas and handle complex, long sales cycles with C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients through regular communication, meetings, and business reviews
Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts to identify new opportunities and meet client objectives
Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding revenue targets, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and managing contract renewals
Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership and report on account performance and key metrics
Act as the primary point of contact to address client concerns, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction
Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure client needs are met and to deliver a seamless experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally – 60%
Qualifications:
Proven track record in a senior sales or account management role, preferably with enterprise clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing long and complex sales cycles
Proficiency with CRM software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
