Responsibilities
Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
Talk and listen to new, established, and prospective clients.
Turn client criticisms into positive customer service experiences.
Process scheduling and payments using computer programs.
Help create the best work environment for employees and best experiences for clients.
Requirements
Prior retail sales experience preferred; experience selling memberships or services in person.
Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment preferred.
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems.
Qualifications Membership sales experience required.
