CAO Group, Inc., a company in West Jordan, UT is a leading manufacturing company in dental fields and is looking candidates to manage and grow its oral care products, particularly teeth whitening, in consumer oral care field by selling the products online and private labels. The position is in West Jordan, UT. Job functions of the position are as follows, but not limited to: Manage overall budget of business unit. Build an efficient and effective commercial team. Defining and execution of go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for existing products and new products releases by focusing on e-commerce, social media, and private labels for big box retailers. Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at acquiring and increasing our engagement with customers and distributors. Measure and report the efficiency of such programs. Use quantitative methods, models, and research to help CAO better understand the market behavior to provide important feedback into the product and strategic development cycle. Determine return on investment and campaign success for projects. Participate in trade-shows, training, and other events as needed. Travel required. Develop and drive successful launch of new and existing products and programs to build a growing revenue stream for the company while managing budget(s) to plan on a yearly basis. Be responsible for all business, product, customer satisfaction, communications and relationship success with channel partners. Functional activities will be developed by this Manager for approval with the direct supervisor. Thorough execution and corrective action to remedy issues will be expected. Back up other team members as an alternate resource when needed. This individual would need to be self‑motivated with no task too great or too small. This person must be a self‑starter, highly knowledgeable in all aspects of marketing and channel management in consumer oral care business. Willingness to travel as required to drive sales, build channel partner relationships thru training, sales meetings, trade shows and other key events annually. Basic Requirements Creative thinker Self‑motivated BA/BS, MBA preferred in marketing and business discipline Analytical skills Experience in oral care business, consumer products, e‑commerce and amazon selling a plus. Be able to travel as required Other Skills and Abilities:

Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to respond to and resolve inquiries complaints or conflicts with customers, Channel partner, employees, peers and management. Ability to speak effectively on the telephone and in person. Ability to effectively present information to others. Ability to use and understand basic math and how to utilize MS Excel. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to perform well under stress when confronted with emergency situations. Attention to detail.
