Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II
Cox Automotive - USA Job Family Group: Vehicle Operations Job Profile: Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II Management Level: Individual Contributor Flexible Work Option: No remote option; must work at a specified Cox location Travel %: No Work Shift: Day Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description: Verifies and ensures accuracy of recorded information, forms, license number/vin information etc. Verifies that all documents are approved, signed and distributed according to established procedure Serves as a point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures Works exception queues and updates and validates title and other exceptions in the system Assists vendors, dealers, and other third parties with questions about processes, status and issue resolution. Take Payments, answer phones and emails in a timely manner. Completes title packets within given states requirements and deadlines. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed within the business office. Stay updated on state and federal title regulations and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years experience in a related field. Or the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; Or 5 years experience in a related field Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
