About the Location Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five‑star, five‑diamond resort features outdoor restaurants including Nobu Lāna’i, a kids club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award‑winning Jack Nicklaus‑signature golf course offers ocean views on every hole. Island activities managed by Four Seasons include sunset sails, whale‑watch tours, horseback riding, sporting clays, archery, biking, hiking and aerial adventures at Lanai Adventure Park, and Hawaiian way‑finding lessons at the on‑site observatory.
Golf Course Worker The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i seeks a Golf Course Worker who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The team’s role is to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
What You’ll Do
Under limited supervision, maintain and set up golf course grounds by mowing, irrigating, landscaping, weeding, preparing, and raking.
Work well with others and possess strong communication skills to interact with guests and members on a limited basis.
Be able to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions.
Listen to instructions and follow directions from supervisors.
What To Bring
Legal work authorization in the United States.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push or pull as needed during shifts.
Expectation to work mostly early mornings, days, and occasional weekends.
