Job Description As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.
You’ll receive top‑tier training and support from our robust education programs, setting you up for success. This role covers the Nashville, TN market, with Brand Advisors scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within the area.
Key Responsibilities
Be punctual & reliable
Achieve sales goals
Educate retail staff on supported brands, sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
Host & participate in branded events to achieve sales targets
Complete detailed in‑store surveys at the end of each shift
Communicate with the Headkount team via the Headkount app
Job Knowledge, Values, Requirements
At least 2 years of experience with a beauty brand or retailer
Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
Experience hosting beauty retail events
Strong communication skills
Professional conduct in‑store & demonstrated team player
Self‑motivated & capable of working independently
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart‑phone apps
Must have a working smartphone
Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in the market
Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
