Hourly Rate
- $12.50
Educational Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent
Duties/Responsibilities:
This position delivers support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit. The position observes the consumer to monitor safety, assists in proper medication self‑administration, handles telephone contacts for the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services—including documentation of crisis calls (in Ashland Location)—and ensures proper admit and discharge paperwork of consumers. The position is responsible for monitoring vitals, bed checks, etc. It will assist in resolving immediate crisis situations or escalations in consumer needs, complete 40 or more‑hour crisis/ASAM training, and transport clients at times for needed services.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
This position requires organizational skills, as well as knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referral in crisis settings.
