Account Coordinator
BradyPLUS is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Account Coordinator to support our growing sales team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining accurate account information.
Responsibilities
Provide support to Sales Consultants with order entry, status updates, and data entry to keep customer pricing current.
Deliver professional customer service over phone and in showroom, promoting add‑on sales and seasonal items.
Maintain accurate customer database and current contact information.
Support Sales Consultants with letters, correspondence, quotations, bids, proposals and other documentation for mailing and presentation.
Assist with in‑services, training, and seminars.
Provide sales assistance and customer service for walk‑in trade.
Participate in ongoing product and policy training.
Assist with SDS projects and support other AC’s/SC’s as needed.
Backup Front Desk Coordinator/phone coverage during lunch and as needed.
Complete HR/OSHA training within guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and promote company mission, vision and values.
Respond promptly via voicemail, e‑mail and other communication tools; arrive on time and attend scheduled meetings.
Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
One‑year certificate from college or technical school, or one‑two years of related experience and/or training.
Strong communication skills – reading, analyzing, interpreting business periodicals, writing reports, business correspondence, and presenting to groups.
Mathematical skills: ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, percentages.
Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
Computer skills: proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP systems, and PowerPoint.
Physical demands: regularly sit, use hands, walk; lift up to 10–25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
