What to Expect
As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.
What You’ll Do
Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines
What You’ll Bring
Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience
Self‑starting entrepreneur with exceptional time‑management and problem‑solving skills
Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well‑respected, trusted partner
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
Valid driver’s license required
For roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: this role requires a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the license, you cannot engage in sales activities.
For roles working in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: a notary license is preferred. Should notary support be required for this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license.

Expected Compensation \$64,600 – \$96,900 annual salary plus cash and stock awards plus benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
