Home Health Aide (HHA)
Join our team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Oneida Indian Nation Health Services! Provide hands-on support to patients and families through home visits, daily care assistance, medical transport, and community wellness programsmaking a real difference in the health and well-being of our community. What you will do as a Home Health Aide (HHA): Assists patients or families caregivers of daily living (ADL's) as identified by provider which may include bathing, personal care, dressing eating and personal hygiene. Transports patients to and from medical appointments; off-site medical appointments as directed by provider. Monitors patient medications and communicates compliance to patient's family and provides Facilities prescription process if required. To be successful as a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll need: High School Diploma or equivalency. Current valid HHA or CNA NYS certification. Exceptional customer/patient skills. Valid NYS Driver's License. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 91 - 100 pounds. What we value: Positivity
