Your Role Will Include:
Managing a busy litigation caseload across defense areas
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing motions in court
Collaborating on trial strategy and participating in trials
Engaging in intensive trial skills training and mentorship
Who Should Apply:
Attorneys with 1+ years of litigation experience - ALL EXPERIENCE RANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED
Experience with insurance defense, public entity representation, or high‑volume litigation is a plus
Willingness to grow into leadership or office management roles
Passion for courtroom work and long‑term career growth
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience
