Description
Manage the entire order-to-cash cycle: receipt, verification, and entry of customer orders in SAP.
Check product availability in collaboration with planners (Schedulers).
Ensure proactive and regular communication with customers regarding their orders, deliveries, and any changes.
Organise transportation with warehouses and carriers, and track deliveries.
Manage consignment stock and customer inventory levels via dedicated portals.
Handle service quality‑related complaints and ensure full follow‑up (analysis, corrective actions, resolution).
Manage sample orders and coordinate shipment with external providers.
Collaborate closely with account managers, internal teams (logistics, finance, planning, SAP support), as well as external customers and suppliers.
Prepare order confirmations, create deliveries in SAP, and select the correct batches according to customer requirements and internal rules.
Monitor invoicing and resolve any issues in coordination with the accounts receivable team.
Profil
Bachelor degree in logistics or international trade, or previous experience in supply chain organisations with customer focus.
Knowledge of international trade techniques and regulations (ex: Incoterms).
Computer literate.
Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Export experience is an asset.
