General Description Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager, this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM), in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM will develop territory‑specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with the other functions. The KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open‑minded and honest manner.

Area of responsibility:

Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna.

Preferred province of residence:

Catania, Palermo, Reggio Calabria.

Essential Functions Of The Job

Build a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the oncology market in the served area.

Develop long‑lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory.

Responsibility for regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, in coordination with other departments.

Develop, implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers (HCPs and HCOs).

Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with the key customers.

Gather insights and analyze available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.

Participate in customer care in local, national and international meetings and symposia.

Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient‑focused ethical conduct in line with our values.

Consistently operate in accordance with BeOne's Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.

Specific knowledge in hematology‑oncology.

Experience as a commercial representative in the oncology market (previous experience in Lung and Gastric cancer is desirable).

Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs.

Scientific education and experience in similar positions.

Distinct knowledge in project management.

Strong identification with BeOne's values and loyalty to the company.

Willingness to learn and continuously develop (training and coaching).

Demonstrated success in a small but fast‑growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
