Behavior Analyst (ABA)

to join our mission‑driven team.

Hybrid flexibility:

1 guaranteed telehealth day each week, up to 2 telehealth days depending on local center needs. The remaining 3–4 days are in‑center.

Soar invests in getting all our BCBAs formally trained in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Interdisciplinary collaboration:

Integrated care with speech, OT, psychology, and medical services.

Responsibilities

Devise and implement personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2‑6 within a center‑based environment.

Work collaboratively with the clinical team (speech, occupational therapy, psychology) to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

Apply ESDM‑informed ABA therapy strategies.

Manage a caseload of approximately 7‑8 clients.

Perform standardized assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support throughout their therapy journey.

Qualifications

Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification.

ABA early intervention experience.

Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
