Who We Are HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio featuring 12 unique workouts led by virtual instructors inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas—plus a fully equipped functional training zone. Our mission? Deliver MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME and help our members reach their goals faster through science-backed heat, infrared energy, and isometric or HIIT-style workouts.
What You’ll Be Doing Greet and engage every guest who walks through the door with warmth and professionalism
Give energetic, informative studio tours that highlight our unique workouts and benefits
Help members find the perfect membership package to fit their fitness goals
Build lasting relationships with members through consistent communication and support
Create content and contribute to HOTWORX social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Keep the studio spotless and presentation-ready at all times
Participate in ongoing sales and fitness training sessions to grow personally and professionally
Help foster a positive, community-driven studio culture
Staffed Hours Mon–Thurs : 11AM–8PM
Friday : 9AM–6PM
Saturday : 11AM–4PM
What We’re Looking For A passion for health, wellness, and helping others
Outgoing personality with strong people skills and natural charisma
Excited to be on social media and represent the HOTWORX brand online
Motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person!
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
