To keep up with demand, they’re looking for a Construction Estimator who can read plans with precision, perform accurate takeoffs, and deliver estimates that keep projects on track and profitable.

What You’ll Do
Review architectural drawings and construction documents to prepare detailed insulation takeoffs.
Quantify materials, labor, and timelines to deliver accurate estimates across commercial and residential projects.
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to clarify scope and ensure precision.
Communicate professionally with clients, explaining estimate details and answering questions clearly.
Maintain organized, accurate documentation for both internal records and client-facing use.
Stay current with industry methods, materials, and best practices to keep estimates competitive.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator (insulation experience a plus).
Strong skills in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across teams and interact confidently with clients.
Proficiency in estimating tools such as
Active Takeoff
and
Planswift .
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphics or design tools.
Background in plumbing or related trades.
Familiarity with
Google Earth
for project planning and analysis.
