Executive Chef – Fort Worth, TX – Unidine Unidine is an industry‑leading hospitality food service group driven by exceptional people who share a passion, creativity, and talent to craft memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for our dining account, manage a dynamic team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cost control. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $78,000 per year and the opportunity to lead innovative culinary programs.

Job Summary As Executive Chef, you will direct daily kitchen operations, develop menus, manage inventory, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs and present fresh, seasonally driven dishes that delight guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily culinary production, ensuring food quality, presentation, and compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.

Manage cost controls, food and labor budgets, and overall profitability, monitoring actual versus budgeted expenses.

Plan and create all menus, incorporating seasonal specials and innovative concepts.

Purchase and manage inventory, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring product freshness.

Coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.

Communicate the importance of safety procedures and ensure employee understanding of safety codes.

Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in high‑volume production or catering.

Strong background in cost control, menu development, and kitchen team leadership.

Hands‑on chef experience and a desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice company.

ServSafe certification (highly desirable).
