Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group – Modesto, CA – Full‑time – Salary $25–$28 per hour.
Join as a full‑time Salon Education Lead to prepare our beauty instructional staff for success. This teaching role includes guiding team members, addressing classroom issues, maintaining educational files, supervising training activities, conducting meetings, and collaborating with clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Guide each team member to ensure alignment and readiness for the day.
Oversee the sales team and address classroom issues throughout the day.
Maintain education files and grading systems.
Support learning leaders, conduct meetings, and supervise diverse training activities.
Collaborate closely with the team and clients for a productive and successful day.
Optionally work one of two schedules: Tuesday–Saturday (8:30 am start) or Monday–Friday (1:30 pm–10 pm).
Key Qualifications
7+ years of cosmetology license.
3+ years of salon experience.
Experience in a salon school environment.
Salon license.
Strong technical abilities.
Ability to give thorough presentations.
Excellent time management, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problem‑solving skills.
Experience in the Paul Mitchell industry (preferred).
