Salary & Benefits Base pay range: $78,000 – $90,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work remote & in-center Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
35 billable hours target.
Quality assurance.
Perform assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
Create individualized, research‑based client programs.
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
Supervise interns and RBTs in‑center and in‑home.
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training.
Insurance correspondence (pre‑auth requests).
Safety management.
Qualifications / Requirements
Maintains BACB certification.
Texas LBA license (preferred).
Maintains state certification.
Maintains BLS/CPR certification.
