Owners Representative
to oversee mission-critical
Data Center construction and infrastructure projects
across Texas. This individual will act on behalf of the Owner to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Represent the Owner’s interests throughout all project phases — from design and preconstruction to commissioning and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals. Review and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and change orders. Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Report regularly on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to ownership. Facilitate communication and decision-making between stakeholders. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an
Owner’s Representative or Project Manager on Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure project s. Strong understanding of construction processes and contracts. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) knowledge is advantageous. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
