Prepare and cook menu items to hotel standards; work single stations in the kitchen. Communicate effectively with team and supervisors; follow recipes and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices in line with hotel policies. Qualifications
Hotel cooking experience preferred. Culinary degree preferred. Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Strong communication skills; ability to work under supervision and training as needed. Compensation
