EXECUTIVE CHEF Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services serves over 300 colleges and universities across the country. You will be responsible for all culinary functions for a dining account in this diverse organization.

Salary:

$74,000 – $85,000

Job Summary:

As Executive Chef you will manage and lead a team of associates, oversee all safety and sanitation for the account, and handle cost controls, menu planning, inventory, and the rollout of new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account

Plan and create all menus

Purchase and manage inventory

Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary degree preferred

Three to five years of culinary management experience

High‑volume production and catering experience is essential

Previous experience managing cost controls

Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company
