Job Summary An entry-level role focused on supporting land acquisition campaigns by performing outreach, data entry, document preparation, and basic research under close supervision. The Junior Acquisition Landman learns company processes and tools (Land Flow, Teams, Land Administration workflows) and helps move landowner conversations toward contract. This role is expected to follow company process and elevate complex issues to senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform landowner outreach (phone, email, mailers). In-person field visits when necessary.

Research landowner contact information and parcel data using internal tools and provided sources.

Assist with preparation of standard document packets (initial LOI, term sheets, mailers, return envelopes).

Enter and maintain accurate, dated notes within internal systems.

Support mailing, check‑request submissions, and basic file upload tasks.

Attend and participate in client or project team meetings as requested; prepare brief updates for supervisor.

Qualifications

0–2 years’ experience in land outreach, customer service, real estate, or related role preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone manner.

Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and web research.

Detail oriented; ability to follow established processes and accurately record information.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business and/or meaningful experience

Pay Range

$40,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Salary or 1099
