The Executive Chef de Cuisine will be an experienced, visionary leader in a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality environment. This role requires exceptional kitchen leadership, product and cost control, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences across multiple venues. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a culinary team of 50+ in both high-volume and fine dining environments Drive culinary excellence across all menus and venues Innovate with locally sourced ingredients and seasonal offerings Oversee budgets, food cost, labor, purchasing, and vendor relationships Mentor FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Shape the future of food at Colorado’s #1 tourist destination Why Join Us?
