Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Entry-Level Spanish‑Speaking Sales Associate – Miami, FL

This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales role where you’ll work alongside high‑performing professionals and learn how to consult, influence, and sell in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

This is a sales role, you will have weekly & monthly targets

Identify, engage, and qualify professionals across Spanish‑speaking markets

Support clients by matching them with the best talent for their open roles

Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and relationship‑building to closing

Build and grow your own portfolio of clients through proactive business development

Conduct outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking channels

Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across the U.S. & LATAM

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Spanish speaker (required)

Strong interest in sales and career growth within a commercial environment

Based in Miami and able to work on‑site 5 days per week (Edgewater)

Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to learn

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute

Must be eligible to work in the USA
