Mobile Experts Responsibilities
Serve and sell to customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
Make the most of shift time, consistently seeking information about wireless innovations.
Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer Satisfaction – passionate customer advocate with desire to connect and have fun with customers; effective at balancing experience and performance goals. (Required)
Team Building – desire to be part of the game‑changing T‑Mobile store team; willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues. (Required)
Retail Sales – competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel and DOT Regulated Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No
Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360 All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible employees receive an annual stock grant.
