Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Opening/closing business routines
Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment when needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours/day)
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
