Reports to: System Director, Food & Nutrition.

Schedule: Full time; primarily Monday through Friday, 1st shift or midshift. More details are available upon interviewing.

TouchPoint Support Services provides customer-focused support services, including healthcare housekeeping, laundry processing, patient transportation, and food service, in a hospital setting.

Job Summary As an Executive Chef you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in a hospital with 500 licensed beds (average census ~420 patients). Operations include the retail café, catering, doctors lounge, and patient services. You will lead a team of associates and manage safety and sanitation for the account.

Key Responsibilities Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account. Lead a team of culinary staff including sous chefs, cooks, and utility staff. Plan and create all menus. Purchase and manage inventory. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications Three to five years of culinary management experience. Previous food & nutrition experience in a hospital/acute care, or healthcare/long-term care environment. Culinary arts degree preferred. High volume production and catering experience. Previous experience managing cost controls. Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
