What You Will Be Doing
Directly dealing with members and potential members
Supporting and promoting a successful service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross‑selling appropriate products
Efficiently and accurately processing transactions (loan payments, fund transfers)
Researching and resolving member concerns
Accurately recording information
Effectively utilizing the software system for member transactions
Engaging with members to explain available services to meet financial needs
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 18 months of relevant experience in finance or customer service
Previous banking or financial services experience
Desire to provide outstanding member service
Ability to discuss products and services
Professional appearance with enthusiastic, assertive personality
Self‑motivated
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments
Dependable – arrive on time as scheduled
