Job Summary Are you an enthusiastic leader with a flair for animal care? We are seeking a dynamic Dog Daycare and Boarding Kennel Manager to oversee operations at our two bustling locations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service
Create Fun and Safe Spaces: Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times
Drive Excellence: Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations
Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch
Manage Operations: Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction
Promote Our Passion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement
Weekends Included: Enjoy the dynamic and rewarding experience of working weekends, ensuring consistent care and connection with our clients and their pets
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation
Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting
Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
A deep love for animals and a commitment to their care and happiness
Availability to work most weekends and holidays
