Base Pay Range $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary Receiving clerk responsibilities include:
Inspect food, beverage, and supply deliveries for accuracy and compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.
Put up deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
Organize storerooms in accordance with safety regulations, being mindful of food safety hierarchy and OSHA guidelines.
Assist chefs with breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooking tasks as needed.
Assist chefs with kitchen cleaning tasks as requested.
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, an Assistant Cook is responsible for preparing food as directed by a senior Cook. Duties include plating dishes in an attractive way, ensuring quality, and using a variety of techniques to prepare assigned foods.
Credentials Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
