Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with professional standards.
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audits for clients across various industries.
Supervise and mentor engagement teams, fostering professional growth and technical development.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with partners and other service lines to support firm initiatives and client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license required.
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, or professional services preferred.
