GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Part-Time Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks around the campus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with Pressure Washing
Assists Grounds with Weed Eating and Mowing
Assists with unloading materials
Assists with special projects and support services
Assists with event set ups and tear downs
Assists with sweeping and cleaning Maintenance warehouse
Assists with cleaning the work site
Assists with minor painting work
Assists with basic maintenance tasks
Performs related responsibilities as required or as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate with skilled tradesman
Minimum Salary or Salary Range:
$11.00 per hour
