The Role
You will be responsible for : Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures. Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ensuring the delivery of high quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work, inline with project cost, schedules and timelines. Ideal Profile
Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) as an Electrical Estimator in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential construction. Proficiency with estimating software (such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar). Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously. Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Licensed electrician (journeyman or master) or equivalent field experience (a plus but not required). OSHA certification or familiarity with construction safety standards is beneficial.
