Rochester Collision Center
Rochester Collision Center, part of Rochester Motor Cars Family, is currently looking for a full-time Painter Assistant for our fast-paced Collision Center. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and have the willingness to learn and adapt. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the Collision Repair world. This is an entry-level position.
Salary Range $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties
Buffing any imperfections out of the freshly painted panels to ensure the best-looking product for our guest
Prepping and masking vehicles to get it ready for the paint booth
Keeping the Paint Department and Buffing area Clean
Unloading and Loading the paint booths
Priming repair area after body repairs are complete
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree preferred)
Effective communication skills
Ability to learn new technology and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail
Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required
Tool Requirements
Dual-Action Sander
Physical Demands
Be able to lift 50lb by yourself and team lift 100lbs
Operate hand tools and machinery
Working in a loud environment “safety gear is provided”
