The goal is to improve residents' physical, mental, and social well-being through meaningful activities. Qualifications Experience in planning and organizing recreational activities and programs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff and independently Knowledge of safety protocols and ensuring a safe environment Creative and energetic approach to developing engaging activities Relevant certifications in recreation or activity coordination are a plus Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is beneficial Additional Details
