Regional Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver (Southeast)
Base pay range: $78,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 Home Time: Weekends Freight: All Flatbed Trailer Coverage Area: 48 US States
Responsibilities
Haul flatbed freight across the US with steady miles and weekly home time
Maintain
freight and drop & hook operations
Drive assigned trucks, ensuring no slip seating
Operate within 0-400 mile ranges for short haul pay and bonus structures
Comply with safety and regulatory requirements for hazmat, CSA, and on-road safety bonuses
Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
Minimum 9 months of commercial driving experience, including 6 months on flatbeds
Clean MVR for the past 3 years (incidents reviewed case‑by‑case)
21 years of age or older
Stable employment history with verifiable references

Band Pay for Short Hauls
0‑100 miles: $35/load
101‑400 miles: $25/load (loaded, non‑relayed only)

Quarterly CSA Safety Bonus: up to $875 (with hazmat)
Quarterly On‑Road Safety Bonus: $600
Annual Anniversary Bonus: $100 per year of service
Referral Bonus Program
Safety‑based pay raises at mileage milestones
Additional Compensation
Detention pay: starts after 1 hour
Hazmat premium pay: less than 2% of freight
Accessorial Pay Includes stop‑offs and more
