As a summer camp recreation leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for campers. You will lead fun and educational activities, mentor children, and foster teamwork, help create lasting memories for all participants. Implement daily lesson plans and lead engaging activities, including crafts and camp songs.
Mentor and guide children, encouraging positive behavior, fostering teamwork, and ensuring inclusivity.
Set up for daily activities, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for use.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily camp activities and the overall success of the program.
Monitor safety and cleanliness, maintaining a safe and organized environment for all.
Create fun, memorable experiences that leave lasting impressions on campers.
