International Consultancy House in the arena of Talent, Learning & Development and HR Consultancy requires a new Enterprise Account Director in the UK to own and expand a portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients.
Job Title: Enterprise Account Director Industry: HR Consultancy, Learning & Development, Talent Package: £110,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE (£220k) + Outstanding Benefits Package.
Responsibilities
Manage and strategically develop an exclusive portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients.
Engage at C‑Suite level (CPO, CHRO) developing long‑term relationships and solution‑selling complex HR and L&D solutions to some of the UK’s largest logos.
Act as point‑person for hunting growth within a diverse and innovative portfolio of HR and Talent solutions.
Qualifications
Consultancy‑led portfolios – diverse, multi‑solution offering, not product‑led.
C‑Suite focused ICP engagement.
Enterprise‑level clients (FTSE, Fortune, etc.).
Proactive approach to growth and expansion; experience managing and developing key client relationships.
Experience in finance, IT/Tech or other consulting houses is desirable but not essential.
Package Competitive basic salary of approximately £110,000 + Uncapped Commission (Double) + Excellent Benefits package. Secure and stable organisation with superb working conditions and training.
